Short Mission Statement
The mission of Help Heal Haiti is to provide Butler University and the greater Indianapolis community with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on communities across the globe. We aspire to educate the public, exposing both students and faculty to the realities of poverty, malnutrition, disaster and disease in Haiti. Ultimately, Help Heal Haiti challenges students to be a part of the movement to bring hope, permanent solutions and long-term sustainability to a powerfully resilient nation.

Group's Milestones and Achievements
Help Heal Haiti works along side an organization called The Village Experience. The Village Experience's is a socially pro-active business dedicated to uplifting impoverished communities in the developing world through efforts in international trade and tourism. Our partnership has just recently been formed with them and we will be going on our first trip this year. Every spring break we aim to send a group of students to Haiti. This year is going to be a learning year for our group. Our goal for the trip is to do community needs assessments and tour small businesses and cooperatives in order to decide which of those will be our long term partner. In the mean time, Help Help Haiti is always working to bring awareness to Butler's campus and educate the students and faculty about ways in which they can be apart of rebuilding the future of Haiti.
